1. Pen Sophanara, a chairpersonPen Sophanara has earned two Master Degrees in Social Work and Public Policy. She serves as the President of the Association of Professional Social Workers of Cambodia (APSWC) and Advisor to the Ministry of Women's Affairs. With over 18 years of experience at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), she has significantly contributed to raising public awareness on sexual reproductive health, gender equality, and key population issues. Fluent in Khmer, English, and Thai, she also runs a small online food business while freelancing in social development and gender equity. Her commitment to promoting gender equality and primary health care is unwavering.

2. Deng Dara, vice chairman
Deng Dara is an accomplished leader with over a decade of experience in management. He currently excels as a Retail Account Manager at Exness, a premier multi-asset broker. He is serving as Secretary General at the Cambodia Israel Chamber of Commerce and Executive Director of COLT Cambodia. After completing two mandates as Executive Director, he now serves as Vice Chairman of COLT, continuing to contribute his expertise and leadership. Dara's extensive career includes roles such as Head of Marketing at Cambodia Properties Limited and Estate Manager at Grand Phnom Penh International City. He has a rich background in property management, customer relations, and sales. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Dara is also a seasoned trainer and has a strong educational background in Environmental Technology and English Literature. His commitment to excellence and diverse experience make him a valuable asset in any professional endeavor.

3. Marn Sokhon, Treasurer
Marn Sokhon is a dedicated professional with dual Bachelor's degrees in Education in English and Psychology. From March 2014 to July 2016, he served as an Employment Officer at Pour un Sourire d’Enfant (PSE) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. From July 2016 to July 2017, he worked as a Senior Advocacy Officer at ACTED Cambodia, promoting Community Learning Centers (CLCs) and collaborating with various stakeholders. Since July 2017, he has been the owner and manager of Cafe SAMRORN, a local coffee shop. Sokhon's diverse experience includes roles in social work, child protection, advocacy, and business management. He is fluent in Khmer and English, with basic knowledge of Japanese.
4. Nuon Putheavy, General Member
General Member Nuon Puthevy, a general member of the COLT Cambodia board, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics Sciences with a major in Banking and Finance from the Faculty of Law and Economics Science. With extensive experience in the banking sector, she has worked as a Teller and Administrator at Angkor Bank and currently serves as a Senior Clearing Officer at ABA Bank. Fluent in Khmer and proficient in English, Puthevy is skilled in various computer applications, including QuickBooks and MS Office. Her dedication to customer service and operational excellence makes her a valuable asset to our team.
